Staff of Attention Disorders Clinic

David Jubelirer M.D.

Board Certified Physician

Dr. Jubelirer is board certified physician specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome/Autism, and related psychosocial and academic problems for adults, adolescents, and children. He also performs and analyzes QEEG brain mapping , to better understand brain function and support an accurate diagnosis of ADHD or presence of traumatic brain injury.

In addition, Dr. Jubelirer also has expertise in evaluating problems with Executive Function skills, which primarily effect organization, time management, planning, self starting and prioritizing.

Natalie C. Carter; BSN, DNP-C

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner

Natalie C. Carter is a Utah native, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Utah Valley University, and receiving a doctorate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Utah in 2011. Natalie has experience in many areas of nursing including women’s health, oncology, orthopedics, drug dependency rehabilitation, and general surgery. As a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner she developed a passion for helping patients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance abuse.

In her former practice she received referrals from her colleagues because they recognized her talent for piecing together the neurologic, genetic, and life experience components of each patient’s problems. Natalie understands that each patient is unique, and therefore, deserves their own unique treatment plan.

Anita Lucente, APRN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Anita Lucente is originally from San Antonio, Tx, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Capella University, and went on to pursue her Master’s Degree at Chamberlain University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Anita has a passion for neurology and has worked with patients with various neurological disorders. She also recognizes the importance of health and wellness and is dedicated to engaging her patients and encouraging the best possible health.

Anita is married and has 2 young children. She is an animal lover and has various types of pets in her home. She loves the outdoors and enjoys camping. She is very excited to be a part of our team.

Joy Petersen, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Joy Petersen is originally from Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from the University of Michigan. She is a singer and pianist with a knack for learning new instruments. She taught music for a brief period before returning to school to become an RN. After working as a critical care nurse and in a cardiac cath lab, Joy went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Joy has three young children and enjoys taking them on adventures and spending time outdoors. Joy loves to serve others and is passionate about the work she does as a mental health care provider. She loves to empower her patients and work collaboratively with them to meet their mental health care goals.

Wendy Edwards, APRN, NFP-BC

Kyoko Price, MPAS-PAC

Kyoko Price is a Physician Assistant with a passion for helping people improve self-esteem and achieve their great potential. She is originally from Tokyo Japan and moved to the United States to pursue her dream of studying medicine. She has obtained the Bachelor of science in Healthcare Administration degree from Brigham Young University Idaho, and the Master of Physician Assistant Study degree from University of Utah. She is compassionate, resilient, and good at listening and problem solving.

Outside of the clinic, Kyoko enjoys traveling, spending time with families, yoga, and bouldering. Although she enjoys the beautiful mountains in Utah, she still misses the beach and good seafoods.
