The current self-pay rate is $135 per visit. Effective September 1, 2026, the rate will increase to $145 per visit.
For your convenience, we can securely keep a credit card on file for payment after your appointments. If you would like to set this up, please ensure we have your current phone number and email address on file — we will send you a secure Credit Card Authorization Form to complete.
