We are no longer accepting new patients. Appointments with existing patients are now conducted virtually by phone or video. Insurance & billing changes.
As of June 1, 2026 we are only in-network with EMI, Select Health Med, Select Health Value / Med, and Blue Cross – Valuecare / Blue Options / Regence. All other patients are welcome to continue care at our self-pay rate of $135 per visit ($145 effective September 1, 2026).
Tricare, TriWest, and ChampVA will also no longer be contracted effective September 1, 2026.
All appointments are now conducted remotely. Prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a telehealth link by text or email, or your provider will call you directly on your cell phone.

Calls and messages received after Thursday business hours or on Friday will be addressed the next business day.
Access is easy and there are plenty of parking spaces available.
